The LMF Network CIC is a global network dedicated to bridging the skills gap and enabling inclusive cultures.


In line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, we are committed to reducing inequalities and resources to enable success for womxn and marginalised communities.



Sonya Barlow founded the LMF network in 2018 to bring together people who were interested in career, confidence and community. Since it's launch, the network has organically grown in global presence and transitioned into a not for profit social enterprise.

Beenish Saeed founded the LMF Toronto, Canada chapter in January 2020. Given her knowledge of the market, Beenish is able to work with companies to upskill marginalised communities and influence systematic change internally. Beenish is an award-winning speaker, lawyer and technology evangelist, having authored 

a book with the British Computer Society on data governance.
